摘要
目的分析探讨营养评估在老年心血管疾病中的应用价值。方法从本院2014年3月~2015年6月收治的老年心血管疾病患者中选取60例,给予营养评估,结合评估结果,有针对性地展开营养支持治疗。结果 60例患者在住院前,体重、体重指数、肱三头肌皮褶厚度、上臂肌围等指标低于住院后,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);患者住院后营养良好的比例为73.33%,高于住院前,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论对老年心血管疾病患者实施营养评估,能够有效改善患者营养不良的症状,缩短恢复时间。
Objective To analyze the application value of nutritional assessment in elderly cardiovascular diseases. Methods 60 patients with cardiovascular diseases were selected from March 2014 to June 2015 in our hospital, and were given nutritional evaluation, combined with the evaluation results, and targeted to expand the nutritional support treatment. Results 60 patients before hospitalization, weight, body mass index, triceps skinfold thickness and arm muscle index significantly lower than inpatient with ratio (P〈0.05), the proportion of patients hospitalized with good nutrition is 73.33%, was significantly higher than that before hospitalization, significant difference has statistical significance (P〈0.05). Conclusion Nutritional assessment of elderly patients with cardiovascular disease, can effectively improve the symptoms of patients with malnutrition, Shorten the recovery time.
