硬核白内障应用小切口非超声乳化白内障手术治疗的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of the Treatment of Non Phacoemulsification Cataract Operation Using Small Incision Cataract Surgery

目的分析硬核白内障应用小切口非超声乳化白内障手术治疗的临床效果。方法采用数字随机法,选取2014年8月~2015年8月河南省长垣县中医院眼科接收并治疗的硬核白内障患者80例,分为研究组和对照组,研究组40例患者予以小切口非超声乳化白内障手术治疗;对照组40例予以常规治疗,分析两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果治疗后,研究组患者角膜散光情况、并发症发生率以及视力恢复率均优于对照组（P〈0.05）,差异具有统计学意义。结论临床上,对硬核白内障患者予以小切口非超声乳化白内障手术治疗,能够有效改善患者角膜散光,提升患者的视力,促进患者恢复健康,临床治疗效果显著。

Objective To analyze the application of small incision cataract treatment clinical effect of non phacoemulsification cataract operation. Methods The method of random number, 80 cases of patients of traditional Chinese medicine eye receiving/rod treatment of hard nuclear cataract were selected in August 2014 and August 2015 He＇nan Changyuan County Hospital, divided into study group and control group, study group of 40 cases were given small incision non phacoemulsification cataract surgery treatment, the control group of 40 cases be routine treatment and analysis of the clinical curative effect of the two groups of patients. Results After treatment, the patients in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group （P〈0.05）, which was better than the control group. Conclusion Clinically, for hard nucleus cataract patients be small incision non phacoemulsification cataract surgery, can effectively improve the patients with corneal astigmatism, improve the patient＇s vision, promote tile patient recover health, clinical treatment effect is significant.
