痔疮外切术联合自动套扎治疗混合痔的疗效及安全性分析

Efficacy and Safety Analysis of External Hemorrhoids Resection Joint Automatic Ligation in Treatment of Mixing Hemorrhoid

目的探究痔疮外切术联合自动套扎治疗混合痔的疗效及安全性。方法选取2014年8月~2015年8月来我院接受治疗的60例混合痔患者,分成两组。对照组（30例）采用外切内扎手术方式治疗;观察组（30例）采用痔疮外切术联合自动套扎的方式治疗,统计比较两组患者术后疼痛程度、伤口愈合时间以及不良反应的发生情况。结果术后,观察组患者疼痛评分、伤口愈合的时间、不良反应情况均优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论痔疮外切术联合自动套扎治疗混合痔的疗效显著,手术安全性高。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety analysis of external hemorrhoids resection joint automatic ligation in treatment of mixing hemorrhoid. Methods 60 cases with mixed hemorrhoid patients from August 2014 to August 2015 in our hospital were selected, and they were divided into two groups. The control group （30 cases） used external cutting and inner tied surgical treatment, the observation group （30 cases） used external hemorrhoids resection joint automatic way ligation treatment.After operation, the degree of pain, wound healing time and the occurrence of adverse reactions of the two groups were made statistical comparisons. Results After surgery, pain scores, the wound healing time, adverse reactions of the obselvation group were significantly better than that of the control group. And the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The efficacy of external hemorrhoids resection joint automatic ligation in treatment of mixing hemorrhoid is obvious, The operation is safe.
