分析神经内科昏迷患者临床诊断方法及治疗体会

Analysis of Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment of Coma in Patients With Neurological Department of Internal Medicine

目的探讨神经内科昏迷患者临床诊断方法与治疗体会。方法选取2014年7月~2015年4月我院收治的神经内科昏迷患者85例作为本次研究的对象,记录患者的昏迷时间并分析其昏迷原因。结果 85例神经内科昏迷患者抢救成功率是91.76%,死亡率是8.24%。结论对于神经内科昏迷患者应迅速且准确的诊断患者病情,同时及时制定对应的治疗方案,尽量提高患者临床治愈率。

Objective To explore the clinical diagnosis and treatment of coma in patients with nerve and nerve, Methods 85 patients with coma in our hospital from July 2014 to April 2015 were selected as the object of this study, and were recorded in the patients with coma time and analysis of the causes of coma. Results The success rate of 85 cases of coma patients in the department of internal medicine was 91.76%, the mortality rate was 8.24%. Conclusion For the patients with coma in the nervous department of internal medicine, the patient should be diagnosed promptly and accurately, and the corresponding treatment plan should be set up in time, so as to improve the clinical cure rate.
