小儿复方氨基酸治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Compound Amino Acid Treatment for Infants and Young Children With Diarrhea in Autumn

目的分析小儿复方氨基酸治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻的有效性。方法将我院162例秋季腹泻患儿,随机分为A、B两组,B组给予静脉补液、利巴韦林、思密达、合理喂养,禁用抗生素,A组在此基础上增加小儿复方氨基酸,比较止泻时间、总病程与有效率。结果 A组止泻时间与总病程低于B组,两组相比P<0.01;A组总有效率高于B组,两组相比P<0.01;A组治疗3 d后,血清前白蛋白与血清白蛋白值优于B组,两组相比P<0.05。结论应用小儿复方氨基酸治疗秋季腹泻不仅止泻时间短,且效果安全可靠。

Objective To analyze the effectiveness of compound amino acid in the treatment of infantile autumn diarrhea. Methods 162 cases of diarrhea, were randomly divided into two groups： group A and group B, group B give intravenous rehydration, ribavirin and smecta, reasonable feeding, disable antibiotics, A group based on increasing the children of compound amino acid, antidiarrheal time, total duration and efficiency. Results A group of antidiarrheal time and the total duration of less than group B, compared to the two groups P〈0.01. In group A, the total efficiency was higher than that of group B, compared to the two groups P 〈 0.01, treatment in group A and three days later, serum albumin and serum albumin values better than B group, the two groups compared P 〈 0.05. Conclusion Application of paediatric amino acid compound treatment of autumn diarrhea not only antidiarrheal time and safe and reliable.
