复方丹参滴丸对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病的治疗效果初评

Compound Danshen Dripping Pills on Senile COPD Treatment Effectiveness Evaluation

目的观察复方丹参滴丸治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的效果。方法选取2012年11月~2014年10月在我院治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的老年患者180例,将其随机分为两组,每组各90例。对照组使用头孢氨卡进行治疗,观察组使用复方丹参滴丸进行治疗,对比两组的治疗效果。结果观察组慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的总有效率是93.33%,高于对照组的总有效率73.33%（P〈0.05）。结论使用复方丹参滴丸治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病的患者,能够获得显著的治疗效果。

Objective To observe the effect of compound danshen dripping pills in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods 180 cases of COPD patients were randomly divided into two groups in our hospital from November 2012 to October 2014, each group 90 cases. Control group use cephalosporins tetracyclin for treatment, the observation group use compound danshen dripping pill treatment, compared two groups of treatment effect. Results COPD patients in the observation group total effective rate is 93.33%, higher than the total efficiency of 73.33%（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Using compound danshen dripping pills in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, can obtain a significant therapeutic effect.
