子宫肌瘤剥除术患者的手术室舒适护理探析

Analysis of Comfort Nursing for Patients With Uterine Leiomyoma and the Operation Room

目的探析子宫肌瘤剥除术患者手术室舒适护理运用方法与效果。方法研究对象选取2014年9月~2015年8月本院子宫肌瘤剥除术患者56例,依照手术室护理差异分组。28例入对照组,护理采用常规方法。余28例入实验组,护理采用舒适护理。护理后,对比两组效果。结果实验组舒适感强,满意度高,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论子宫肌瘤剥除术患者手术室舒适护理效果较好,可提高患者的舒适度及满意度。

Objective To investigate application method and effect of operative and comfort nursing on myomectomy patients. Methods 56 patients who are operated with myomectomy surgery in hospital from September 2014 to August 2015 and separate them into two groups according to different operative nursing methods, 28 patients in control group are given conventional nursing, while 28 patients in study group are given comfort nursing, and then compare nursing effects between two groups. Results Patients have a more comfortable feeling and their satisfaction rate is much higher in study group. There is a differential between two groups and such a differential has statistic value（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Operative and comfort nursing is of efficacy on myomectomy patients, it is conducive to improving patients＇ comfort feeling and increasing their nursing satisfaction.
