舒适护理在老年哮喘患者护理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Comfort Nursing Care in Elderly Patients With Asthma

目的研究分析老年哮喘患者接受舒适护理的临床效果。方法根据2014年7月~2015年1月我院的60例老年哮喘患者进行研究分析,将这些患者分成常规组和实验组,均有30例,对两组的临床护理效果进行比较分析。结果实验组患者的临床护理有效率是100%,常规组的护理有效率是76.67%,常规组的护理舒适度是84.62%,实验组的护理舒适度是93.33%,两组结果差异存在统计学意义,P〈0.05。结论老年哮喘患者接受临床舒适护理的效果突出,老年患者得到的护理体验优秀,满意度高,配合度高。

Objective To study the clinical effect of comfort nursing for elderly patients with asthma. Methods 60 cases of elderly asthma patients to study and analysis from July 2014 to January 2015 in our hospital, these patients were divided into conventional group and experimental group,30 cases in each group, the clinical nursing effect of two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The effective rate of clinical nursing in the experimental group was 100%, the effective rate in the control group was 76.67%, the comfort level of the routine group was 84.62%, and the comfort degree was 93.33% in the experimental group, the two groups were statistically significant difference, P〈0.05. Conclusion Elderly patients with asthma in the clinical comfort care, the effect is outstanding, the elderly patients with nursing experience of excellent, high degree of satisfaction,with high degree of cooperation.
