摘要
目的观察临床路径在子宫肌瘤患者围手术期护理中的效果。方法随机将130例子宫肌瘤患者平均分为两组,对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组采用临床护理路径方法,比较两组临床效果。结果观察组住院天数、住院费用、满意度等指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对围手术期子宫肌瘤患者采用临床路径护理有利于促进患者康复。
Objective To observe the effect of clinical pathway in uterine leiomyoma patients in perioperative operation nursing application. Methods 130 terine leiomyoma patients were averaged into two groups. The control group used the conventional treatment, and the observation group used the clinical nursing pathway, compared clinical efficacy of two groups. Results The length of hospital stay, cost of hospitalization and satisfaction were significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical care pathway was beneficial to the recovery of perioperative patients with uterine fibroids.
