胆囊手术护理术前访视的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Preoperative Visit on Gallbladder Operation Nursing

目的研究分析胆囊手术护理术前访视的作用。方法根据2011年1月~2013年12月我院的胆囊手术患者98例来进行研究分析,将这些患者分成观察组和对照组,对照组使用传统护理,观察组使用针对性护理,术前访视患者,对比两组患者的血压、心率等指标。结果术前访视前后,观察组患者血压和心率等指标无显著变化。对照组患者的血压和心率存在较大的改变,进入手术室后,患者的心率和血压上升明显。结论胆囊手术护理过程使用术前访视具有非常好的效果,能够让患者的疑虑得到消除,缓解护患矛盾,减少纠纷,改善心理压力,让患者手术的治疗效果得到提升。

Objective To study the effect of preoperative visit to the nursing of gallbladder surgery. Methods 98 patients with gallbladder surgery patients were divided into observation group and control group from January 2011 to December 2013. The control group was treated with traditional nursing, the observation group was treated with targeted nursing, and the patients were compared with two groups of patients with blood pressure, heart rate and other indicators. Results There were no significant changes in blood pressure and heart rate in the observation group before and after operation. The blood pressure and heart rate in the control group were changed significantly, and the heart rate and blood pressure increased significantly after entering the operation room. Conclusion The use of preoperative visit to patients with gallbladder surgery nursing process has a very good effect, can make the patient＇s concerns are eliminated, the call for contradiction, reduce disputes, improve the psychological pressure, so that the treatment effect of patients can be improved.
