护理干预在内镜清洗消毒质量控制中的应用

目的探讨内镜清洗消毒质量控制中护理干预的应用。方法 2015年1月,我院内镜中心针对内镜清洗消毒流程展开护理干预,加强培训、有效监管等,至8月,共抽取资料100份,与常规管理100份资料展开对比。结果护理后内镜外表面及内腔清洗消毒合格率均为100%,护理前外表面合格率为84%,内腔合格率为82%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在内镜清洗消毒质量控制中实施护理干预,可提高内镜清洗消毒合格率,防范医源性感染,对保障患者的临床安全意义重大。
