摘要
目的总结膀胱肿瘤术后行BCG灌注的护理体会。方法对53例高危非肌层浸润性尿路上皮癌患者在尿道电切术2周后规律行BCG膀胱灌注及相应护理。结果 53例患者在灌注后均出现不同程度的膀胱刺激症状,另有高热10例,血尿7例。给予相应处理后患者上述症状均得到改善。患者在随访的2年中有11例患者复发,并根据病理结果行相应的手术治疗。结论灌注前给患者做好心理疏导及规范化护理,并在灌注后对患者进行生活指导,可获得良好的疗效。
Objective To summarize the nursing experience of bladder irrigation with BCG after TURBT. Methods To review the 53 bladder cancer patients after TURBT who were treated with BCG by bladder irrigation 2 weeks after the TURBT. All of them received rational nursing. Results 53 cases of patients have different rang of urethral symptom, 10 cases have fever, 7 patients have hematuria. During the follow-up of 2 years, 11 cases relapse, according to the pathological results, surgical treatment was performed. Conclusion A good nursing is an important factor for patients with bladder cancer to reduce complications and acquire good recovery.
