摘要
为明确芒草在干旱胁迫处理下的耐受能力从而筛选出优质的芒草种质资源,文中进行了盆栽试验,结果表明:1)干旱胁迫显著抑制了芒草的生长,其株高、地上生物量,总生物量均显著降低(p<0.05);2)光合作用受到显著抑制,光响应曲线特征参数均呈现出降低趋势;3)重要渗透性物质显著增加,抗氧化系统相关酶活性显著增强,表明芒草具有较强的抗旱能力。文中采用聚类分析法筛选出B053和B026两抗旱能力强的芒草品种,为芒草在干旱、半干旱边际土地的推广种植提供依据。
To study the drought resistance of Miscanthus and screen good germplasm resources,pot experiment was carried out. Results showed that: 1) Growth characteristics of Miscanthus were significantly inhibited under drought stress,the plant height,aboveground biomass and total biomass of Miscanthus dropped dramatically( p 0. 05). 2) Photosynthesis was inhibited,characteristic parameters of photosynthetic intensity response curve presented a decrease trend. 3) There were significant impact on main osmotic substances concentration and antioxidant system of Miscanthus under drought stress. All above indicated the stronger drought resistant ability of Miscanthus. B026 and B053 were evaluated with clustering analysis as verities with stronger drought resistant ability,they were suitable for the arid and semi- arid marginal land.
