摘要
配网规划中,配电系统供电模式的选择不仅牵涉到电网建设的经济可靠性,且对整个电力工业和用户的发展有重要的影响,提高规划水平和质量对提高电网可靠性和适应能力十分重要。本文针对配电网典型供电模式选择评价指标体系进行研究,提出了可靠性和经济性两大指标8个三级指标,并且对每个指标的取值和计算方法进行了定义,这样有利于选择和设计出更适合区域特征的供电模式。
In the distribution network planning, the choice of the power distribution system models not only influences the economic reliability of power grid construction, but also makes an important impact on the development of the power industry and users. The improvement of the planning level and quality is important for the reliability and adaptive capacity of network. In this paper, a typical choice for a distribution network power mode evaluation index system is researched, the reliability and economy of two indicators eight level indicators are put forward, and the values and calculation methods for each indicator are defined, it is benefit for choosing and designing a more suitable power mode for regional characteristics.
