本文通过分析当前专卖工作形势,阐述加强专卖"三大体系"建设对促进效益提升的作用和意义,并以小范围试点案例,探讨强化专卖管理来挖掘新的利润增长点,寻求释放改革红利的可行性。
This article analyzes the current monopoly situation and expounds the important significance of enhancing monopoly "Three Systems" construction for promoting efficiency gains. And with a small scale pilot case, this article discusses enhancing monopoly management to tap new profit growth point, seeking the feasibility of releasing reform bonus.
