对安庆市城市居民最低生活保障制度的调查与思考

Survey and Thinking on the System of Subsistence Allowances for the Urban Residents of Anqing

自国家实行城市居民最低生活保障制度以来,极大地改善了城市居民中生活困难的居民生活。解决了一系列因生活贫困引发的问题,促进了城市经济的发展,提高了人民的生活水平。城市居民最低生活保障制度的实施具有重要意义,它完善了我国的社会保障制度,有利于缓解社会矛盾,促进社会公平,维护社会稳定,在我国的社会保障体系中具有重要的作用。本文以安徽省安庆市为例,来分析城市居民最低生活保障制度实施的现状以及所面临的问题,并根据调查结果提出改进制度运行效果的相关对策。

The application of the system of subsistence allowances for urban residents greatly improves the lives of the residents have difficulties. It also solves a series of problems caused by poverties, promotes the development of urban economy and improves the people/s living standard. The implementation of the system of subsistence allowances has great significance. It perfects the social security system of China and it is helpful to ease social contradictions, promote social fairness and maintain social stability. It plays an important role in our countryJs social security system. This paper takes Anqing City in Anhui Province as an example to analyze the current application of system of subsistence allowances of urban residents and its problems. It puts forward the relevant countermeasures for improving the system effect by the survey results.
