摘要
文章将以往投标实例当中出现的常见博弈论策略进行了剖析模拟,并以实例说明制胜策略,如何在信息不对称情况下,根据已有优势及策略模拟达到利益最大,即中标且保证利润。分述了进攻型策略、保守型策略、投机型策略的概念及操作,并结合采取概率机型模拟,分析投标制胜的原理及实操。并希望借此完善招投标活动。
The paper mainly studies the game theory in tendering and bidding, and simulates the winning strategies by examples. It analyzes the maximum advantage and strategy under the condition 'of the asymmetric information, namely the win the bidding and certifiableprofits. The paper analyzes the strategies of the offensive, the conservation, the concept and operation of the opportunist with the simulation of the probability models. And it analyzes the principle and the actual experience about the winning of the bidding. The paper hopes to improve the tendering and bidding activities.
