基于多属性改进熵的大学文化评价方法及应用

Evaluation Method and Application of University Culture Based on Multi-attribute Decision with the Improved Entropy

针对大学文化评价缺乏定量分析,未能充分考虑权重对评价对象的影响问题,将改进的熵权与专家主观权重相结合,形成基于改进熵的组合权重确定方法。在建立评价体系的基础上,通过相对熵计算相对贴近度和相对偏差,最终对方案进行择优排序,确定各所高校文化建设的优劣。实例计算表明,本文提出的基于多属性改进熵的大学文化评价方法,具有一定的合理性和适用性,为大学文化评价这一类复杂多属性决策问题的解决提供了有效的途径。

Because the university culture evaluation is lack of quantitative analysis, it can＇t consider the influence of the weight on evaluation objects, so, combine the improved entropy with the expert subjective weight to form the determination method of combination weight on the basic of the improved entropy. Through the establishment of evaluation system and the relative closeness coefficient and relative deviation calculated by the relative entropy, the schemes are picked over and sorted to determine the strengths and weaknesses of the cultural construction of universities. The calculation example shows that the university culture method on the basic of multi-attribute evaluation entropy has strong rationality and applicability. It provides effective Way for solving the problems in university culture evaluation and the complex multi-attribute decision.
