摘要
随着计算机技术与信息化技术快速发展,智能信息化档案建设日渐成熟。尽管国家正在不断加大对高效档案智能信息化建设,并取得了显著成效,但是受目前我国现有智能信息化管理水平相对落后等因素的影响,目前我国的档案系统智能管理中存在着诸多问题。本文就是在介绍现代化高效档案管理系统的基础上,就当前高效档案信息化的现状与问题进行了分析,着重阐述了新时期档案信息化建设顶层设计。
With the rapid development of computer technology and information technology, the intelligent and informationalized archives construction is maturer and maturer. China is increasing the construction of efficient archives management system, and has obtained remarkable achievement. But because the backward intelligent information management level and other factors in China, there are many problems in intelligent archives management system. Based on introducing the modem efficient archives management system, this paper analyzes the present situation and the problems of current efficient archives management system, and mainly expounds the top-level design of archives information construction in the new period.
