摘要
本文在材料力学弯曲实验教学中引入ANSYS有限元软件分析,得出梁在加载过程中的应力图和应变图,并将软件分析结果与实验结果和理论计算结果对比,进一步验证梁在弯曲过程中截面上的正应力计算公式的正确性及其适用范围。
This paper introduces ANSYS software analysis into the teaching of bending experiments in material mechanics, and obtains the stress diagram and strain diagram of beam during the loading process. Then the software analysis result is compared with the experimental result and the theoretical result, to further validate the correctness of the calculation formula of the positive stress on the crosssection during the bending process of the beam and its scope of application.
