摘要
储位优化是缩短仓立体仓库拣货路径、提高运作效率的有效手段。为确保优化的可行性,优化过程中必须考虑货品的重量体积与货架容积承重之间的关系。本文以一个货品重量体积数据缺失的立体仓库为研究对象,通过设计一套有效的优化方案,绕过数据缺失这一困境,实现储位优化,并采用数据仿真来验证模型的有效性。
Storage position optimization is an effective means to shorten the warehouse picking routing and improve the operation efficiency. In order to ensure the feasibility of the optimization, the relationship between the height and volume of the goods and shelf capacity bearing must be considered. In this paper, a stereoscopic warehouse lacking weight and volume data of goods is taken as the research subject. By a set of effective optimization plan, the storage position is optimized in spite of data missing. And the effectiveness of the model is verified through data simulation.
