科技服务业是一个新兴的产业分类的形式,随着行业分工的不断细化及产业结构的持续集成融合,其表现出来旺盛的生命力。科技服务业不仅对现代服务业的发展起着支撑和引领作用,同时也促进了产业结构调整,转变了经济发展的方式,已经成为国民经济的新型增长点。21世纪是创新全球化的时代,全球产业结构由"工业经济"主导向"服务经济"主导转变,科技创新成为推动经济发展的主要动力。与发达国家相比,我国服务业在我国GDP中的比重还很小,而要想改善上述状况,就要重点发展服务业中最具前景的产业之一科技服务业。

Compared with the developed countries, China＇s service industry occupies a much less proportion of GDP. To improve the situation, it is necessary to develop science and technology service industry, which is one of the most vromising industries in service industry.
