重金属铅对3个南瓜栽培种种子萌发的影响

摘要 南瓜是一种适应性广、抗逆性强、果实重金属累积少的经济作物,开展南瓜低累积种质资源研究,对筛选适宜有色金属矿区生态恢复种植的经济作物品种具有重要意义。试验以3个南瓜栽培种的种子为材料,通过添加不同浓度的Pb2+溶液,对南瓜种子萌发指标进行比较分析,结果表明:美洲南瓜种子萌发、侧根萌发和主根生长均对Pb2+浓度敏感,不同浓度的Pb2+对美洲南瓜主根伸长有促进作用。Pb2+对中国南瓜侧根萌发有抑制作用,而对印度南瓜有促进作用。Pb2+对中国南瓜种子萌发有促进作用,而低浓度Pb2+对美洲南瓜种子萌发有促进作用,高浓度的则有抑制作用。 Pumpkin is an economic crop with wide adaptability ,strong resistance to stress and heavy metal accumulation. It has important significance for the research on the low accumulation germplasm resources of pumpkin. Three pumpkin varieties' seeds were soaped in different concentrations of Pb^2+ in solution, pumpkin seed germination index were analyzed, the results found that C.Pepo.L seed germination ,root germination and root growth were shown to be sensitive to the concentration of Pb^2+,different Pb^2+ concentrations on root elongation of pumpkin had role in promoting. The inhibitory effect of Pb^2+ on C. Moschata.L root germination,and to promote the role of C.Maxima.L. Pb^2+ promoted the germination of pumpkin seeds in C. Moschata.L. The low concentration of Pb^2+ promoted the seed germination of C.Pepo.L,but the high concentration of Pb^2+ inhibitedthe seed germination.
