贵州省农业气象灾害及其防灾减灾能力建设探讨

Analysis on Agricultural Meteorological Disasters and Disaster Prevention and Reduction of Guizhou Province

社会经济的发展使得地球的生态环境遭到了严重破坏,异常气候现象出现的频率越来越高,对人们的正常生活和生命财产安全造成了严重影响,尤其是给当地的农业造成了不可估量的损失。由于贵州省独特的地理位置和气候条件,使得气象灾害频发,严重影响了当地农业经济的正常发展。本文对贵州省近年来出现的气象灾害类型进行简要分析,并对其防灾减灾的建设工作提出具有针对性的建议和措施。

With the development of society and economy, the earth＇s ecological environment has been severely damaged ,the abnormal climate phenomenon appears more and more frequently ,has serious impact on the people＇s normal life and property security, especially causes immeasurable loss for the local agricultural.Due to the unique geographical position and climate conditions of Guizhou Province,the meteorological disasters occurred frequently, which seriously affected the normal development of the local agricultural economy. In this paper, the types of meteorological disasters in Guizhou Province in recent years were briefly analyzed, and the construction measures of the disaster prevention and reduction were put forward.
