空心莲子草在体外对单纯疱疹病毒的抑制作用

INHIBITORY EFFECT OF ALTERNANTHERAE PHILOXEROIDES GRISEB ON HERPS SIMPLEX VIRUS IN CELL CULTURES

本文报道空心莲子草在细胞培养中对单纯疱疹病毒(HSV)的抑制作用。以间接免疫荧光法检查HSV感染的细胞内HSV有无抑制作为观察药物抗病毒作用的指标。研究结果表明该药有两个部份能抑制HSV—1型在细胞培养中繁殖,抑制浓度为200μg/ml和100μg/ml;就抗HSV—2型而言,该药的3个部份均有效,抑制浓度分别为40μg/ml、40μg/ml和80μg/ml。该药对病毒吸附细胞无干扰作用。以上结果说明空心莲子草对HSV的抑制作用与它的部份有关。因此,提取和人工合成中草药的有效部份是研制中药的重要内容。本试验也说明这种药物用于HSV感染的治疗是有希望的。

This paper reports inhibitory effect of alternatherae philoxeroides Grisebon herps simplex virus (HSV) in cell cultures. Antiviral effect for this drug is on the basisof whether or not inhibition of HSV in infecton cell and were examined by an indirectimmunofluorescence assay. Results shown that two of three different parts of this drug couldinhibite replication of HSV-1 type in cell cultures, inhibitory concentration is 200μg/mland 100μg/ml respectively. So far as HSV-2 concerned, all three parts of this drug areeffective, inhibitory concentration is 40μg/ml, 40μg/ml and 80μg/ml respectively. Virusabsorb cell can not be prevented by this drug. This shown that inhibitory effect of thedrug for HSV is concerned in its parts. Hence, extraction of effective parts from chinesemedicinal herbs and its artificial synthesis is very important in clincal medical science. Wealso first had indicated that this drug for the use to treat infection of HSV is possible.
