运用ANSYS Workbench对电主轴支架进行静力学分析和模态分析,以确保主轴支架设计合理,对主轴支架进行拓扑优化,在保证结构安全稳定的前提下,对支架模型进行修改,实现了电主轴支架质量缩减12.6%。
The statics and modal analysis of electric spindle support was performed by ANSYS Workbench to ensure the reasonable design. Topological optimization was carried out on the spindle support, And at the basis of stability and safety of the structural, the mass of electric spindle support was reduced 12.6% by modified the modcl.
