Intensive·Sharing·Exploration: Taking the Qingdao Jimo Sports Center for Example

即墨体育中心作为即墨省级经济开发区重点公共项目之一,是城市功能的重要组成部分,也是醒目的城市地标建筑。该文介绍了即墨体育中心设计过程的始末,从设计师的角度,结合业主所需、城市所求,提出问题、思考问题,并最终给出令各方满意的实施方案。建筑师以集约共享为设计出发点,采用场馆合一的设计手段达到了节地节能的良好效果,对当前的体育建筑创作进行了有益探索。

Jimo Sports Center, which is one of the key public projects of Jimo provincial economic development zone, is a striking urban landmark as well as an important part of the urban functions. This article describes the design process of Jimo Sports Centre. From a designer＇s point of view, we put question on our design and tried to find the best solution. Eventually, we provided a satisfied implementation to all. It combines with what the owner and the city need. The architect set ＂sharing＂ as the starting point, putting stadiums in-one to achieve a good result of saving land and energy. It is a meaningful exploration to the current design of sports architecture.
