基于绩效评价的连云港城市空间发展研究

Research on the Development of Lianyungang's City Space Based on Performance Evaluation

该文以港口城市连云港为研究对象,从经济与社会、空间形态、生态环境和物质流通等4个方面,对港口城市空间结构发展绩效的内在机理进行了深度剖析,提出了具体的评价指标体系,综合运用层次分析和模糊数学等方法,构建了简单实用的评价模型,根据统计年鉴数据进行了实际分析,并在此基础上提出了连云港市空间发展所存在的问题和需要采取的措施,希冀为连云港城市空间的拓展与优化提供科学依据,并为同类型港口城市发展提供借鉴。

The paper takes the Lianyungang as the researching object, from the four aspects as economic and social, space form, ecological security and material circulation, analyzes the mechanism of spatial structure of port city development performance in-depth, puts forward the concrete evaluation index system, by using the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy mathematics method, and constructs the evaluation of simple and practical model, and analyzes according to the statistical year book data. Finding out the problem and putting forward the countermeasure on the basis of Lianyungang city spatial development, it hopes to provide a scientific basis for the development and optimization of Lianyungang city space, to provide a reference for the same type of port city development.
