城市用地分类新标准导引下城市绿地系统规划的应对

Response Strategy of the Urban Green Space System Planning Guided by New Code for Classification of Urban Land Use and Planning Standards of Development Land

城市绿地是城市用地的重要组成部分之一,《城市用地分类与规划建设用地标准(GB50137-2011)》的颁布是城市绿地系统规划跟进"城乡统筹"时代要求充分对接的良好契机。该文通过研究新标准指导思想对绿地系统规划的引导,探讨其与绿地规划相关标准的协调与矛盾,提出城市绿地系统规划的应对策略,即绿地系统规划需要改变规划视角,对接城乡规划体系,新编《城市绿地系统规划规范》,提高绿地建设指标等。

Green space, as the basis of city green land systems＇ planning, takes a concrete part in city land. The new Code for Classification of Urban Land Use and Planning Standards of Development Land （GB50137-2011） set up a specific opportunity to adjust with city green land systems＇ planning and urban and rural land classification system. The paper begins with analysis on the guideline of the new Code for Classification of Urban Land Use and Planning Standards of Development Land, and then exDIores the coordination and conflict in the new code and standards of green land planning. In the last step, it proposes city green land systems＇ planning needs further research of planning work, such as adjusting with urban and rural planning, compiling a new standard for city green land systems＇ planning and improving the performance of green land construction.
