摘要
随着我国经济与城镇化快速发展,城市土地作为稀有资源,常常被采用大面积的硬化铺装进行利用开发,导致了土壤岩层压实、透水系统破坏、渗水能力丧失、灾害频发等诸多环境问题,致使本应成为城市重要水源的大量降雨,反而成为城市排水的巨大负担。基于此,该文在低影响开发雨水利用理念基础上,结合山地住区生态化建设的实际价值意义,从雨水的渗透、过滤、滞留和蓄存四个流向过程分析,研究认为低影响开发理念对山地住区场地设计、道路交通、绿地景观、建筑空间等要素具有控制引导,最终探索提出山地生态住区规划建设的优化策略方法。
Along with the rapid development of economy and urbanization in China, the urban land, as a kind of scarce resources, has usually been developed into rigid pavement in very large scales, which has caused a series of environmental problems such as soil strata compaction, seepage system damage, seepage capacity loss and frequency of disasters. As a result, the heavy rainfalls, which should be the important source for the city water, now are a heavy burden on the city drainage. As based on above, this study regards the low- impact development and the reuse of the rain water as the fundamentals, analyzes the four aspects of the process of the rainwater, namely rainwater infiltration, filtration, retention and storage. The research suggests that the idea of low-impact development has a controlling and guiding influence on the site planning, traffic planning, landscape design and architectural space design, which are featuring parts of design of mountainous residential area. The refined planning strategies for the planning of the mountainous ecological residential areas are finally proposed.
