基于被动式策略引入方案设计及策略体系建构的建筑物理特性分析——以岭南地区博览建筑为例 被引量:3

摘要 在强调节能减排和可持续发展的国际背景下,被动式建筑技术得到了巨大的发展。就我国地区气候差异大,经济发展不平衡的现实国情而言,被动式设计是全面促进低能耗绿色建筑发展最为适宜的手段。在建筑方案设计先期就引入被动式策略对于建筑的气候调节能力的好坏最为关键。因此,建筑师需要充分理解被动式策略引入方案设计的基本原理和方法,结合不同类型建筑的功能需求、空间特性,在规划布局、建筑单体和构造材料各设计层面选择适宜和匹配的被动式策略,实现建筑功能、空间与被动式气候调节性能的完美结合。 On the international background of emphasizing energy-saving, emission reduction and sustainable development, passive building technology has gained remarkable achievement. Considering the fact that China faces the most differences of climate and imbalanced economic, the idea of passive design is the most appropriate method to promote the development of low-energy and green architecture. It is vital that passive strategies should be draw into architectural design at the very first place. Therefore, architects are always required to learn the basic principle and methods of passive strategy in architectural design, which should be according to the differences of the functional requirements and spatial characters of the building. By selecting the appropriate matching passive strategies to the different levels of design such as the layout, the construction monomer or the material of construction, architects can make perfect combination between architectural function, slDace and the oerformance of passive climate control.
