文化创意背景下的历史街区变迁及发展研究——以武汉市昙华林为例

Historical Block Transformation and Development Study on the Backgrounds of Culture Creative Industry: A Case Study of Tanhualin in Wuhan

该文选取武汉市昙华林历史街区做实地调查,研究文化创意产业在植入过程中与历史街区的互动关系,分析历史街区的用地演变、交通结构、交往空间、环境质量的变化,对文化创意背景下的昙华林街区的规划设计提出针对性意见,对文化创意产业如何根植于昙华林历史街区、提升创意核心竞争力、避免"千城一面"的尴尬提出相关建议。

Based on the historic district of Wuhan Tanhualin field surveys, the paper studies the interaction between cultural and creative industries in the implantation process and the historic district, analyzes the evolution of the historic district of the land, transportation structures, communication space, changes in environmental quality, propose corresponding suggestions on how to rooted the cultural and creative industries in the Tanhualin historic district, enhance the core competitiveness of creative and avoid the awkwardness of the ＂one side with thousand cities＂.
