摘要
为提高某厢式列车的空气动力学性能,利用Altair公司有限元软件Hyper Works中的Virtual Wind Tunnel工具进行某厢式列车外流场分析。相较于传统CFD分析软件,Virtual Wind Tunnel采用流程化定制,能够避免很多其他因素干扰。根据最终分析结果,提出通过增加导流罩来优化整车外气动性能。结果表明:增加导流装置后整车风阻系数较原来有显著降低,该方法为厢式列车气动性能优化设计提供理论依据。
In order to improve the aerodynamic performance of a box trailer, the flow field analysis of a box trailer was taken using Virtual Wind Tunnel tools which belongs the software HyperWorks from Altair Company. Comparing with the traditional CFD analysis software, the Virtual Wind Tunnel uses routing custom, which could avoid a lot of other factors. It puts forward to increasing fairing to optimize vehicle aerodynamic performance according to the analysis results. The results show that the coefficient of drag has significantly becomes lower after increasing the fairing, and the process provides theoretical basis for optimization design of a box trailer.
