汉族人上颌中切牙牙根直径及根管管径与年龄关系的研究 被引量:13

Correlation of root and root canal diameter of maxillary central incisors with age in Chinese Han population

摘要 目的:研究分析上颌中切牙牙根直径及根管管径与年龄的相关性。方法:选取420例就诊的汉族人的锥形束CT影像资料用锥形束CT机自带的测量软件按7个年龄段(15~24岁、25~34岁、35~44岁、45~54岁、55~64岁、65~74岁、75~84岁,n=60)对上颌中切牙釉牙骨质界距根尖3/4处的牙根直径及根管管径进行测量。牙根直径及根管管径与年龄的关系采用线性回归分析性别差异采用独立样本t检验。结果:男女牙根直径(mm)分别为5.81±0.445和5.53±0.489(P<0.05);男女根管管径(mm)分别为1.20±0.396和0.96±0.236(P<0.05);男女根管管径与牙根直径之比分别为0.21±0.072和0.17±0.043(P<0.005)。上颌中切牙根管管径与牙根直径之比和年龄具有负相关性(R^2=0.576,P<0.05)。结论:汉族人的上颌中切牙根管管径与牙根直径之比与年龄增长具有相关性,且存在性别差异,男性根管管径减小的趋势较女性更显著。 Objective:To investigate the correlation between root and root canal diameter of maxillary central incisors and age by cone-beam computed tomography(CBCT).Methods:CBCT images of 420 cases of Chinese Han population were divided into 7 age groups as follows:15-24,25-34,35-44,45-54,55-64,65-74 and 75- 84(n =60).Root diameter and root canal diameter of maxillary central incisors at the 3/4 level from the cemenal-enamel junction(CEJ) to root apical were measured.Linear-regression analysis was used to analyze the correlation between root and root canal diameter of the teeth and age,T-test was used to examine the gender difference.Results:Mean root diameter(mm) of the teeth in males and females were 5.81 ± 0.445 and 5.53 ± 0.489(P〈0.05),mean root canal diameter(mm) 1.20 ± 0.396 and 0.96 ± 0.236(P〈0.05),mean of the ratio of root canal diameter and root diameter of the teeth 0.21 ±0.072 and 0.17 ±0.043(P〈0.05) respectively.There were negative correlations between the ratio of root canal diameter and root diameter of the teeth with age(R2 =0.576,P0.05).Conclusion:The ratio of root canal diameter and root diameter of maxillary central incisors is negitively correlated with age in Chinese Han population.The decrease of root canal diameter in males is more significant than that in females.
