Cultivating Courage in Teacher's Professional Life in an Era of Change

摘要 具备教师专业生活的勇气是教师胜任教育教学工作的前提,并影响着课程改革的实施的效果。生存论的视角审视当下:区隔化生存阻碍了教师专业生活中的对话与交流,平面化生存影响了教师专业生活中意义的生成,规训化的生存限制了教师进行变革实践的创造力。从历史而言,我国长期以来沿袭的"实用理性"的文化性格使得教师重视了知识的获得与传承,遮蔽了教师对教学和课程的理解,阻碍了教师对专业自我的体认。教师专业生活勇气的提升,需要确认教师的知识分子立场,回归教化的生活方式,营造教师共同体来实现。 The courage in professional life, a precondition for competent teachers, affects the enforcement of new curriculum. From the perspective of existential philosophy, isolated living impedes teacher's exchange and communication, and complanationized living hinders the meaning generation in teacher's professional life. Disciplined living limits teacher's creativity in the practice of school reform. From a historic view, the practical rational spirit in our country directed teachers' attention to the acquisition and transmission of knowledge, undermined their understanding of curriculum and instruction, and impeded teacher's identification of professional self. To cultivate teachers' courage in professional life, it's necessary to confirm teacher's identity as intellectuals, return to life of enlightenment, and construct teacher community.
