摘要
技术效率取向的教师专业发展注重教师"如何教学""怎样教更有效率"等问题,导致教师文化批判视野缺失、教师工具性角色凸显和不均等教育结果难以改善。社会文化取向的教师专业发展适应了多元文化共存的社会基础,是实践教育公正的现实需要和教师专业化应然需求,能纠正技术效率取向教师专业发展的偏差。社会文化取向教师专业发展可以通过教师赋权增能、教师多元文化认知能力的发展和教师批判意识与能力的培养来进行。
The technical-efficiency-oriented teacher professional development emphasizes the development of teachers' competence in "how to teach" and "how to teach effectively", the result of which is teachers'lack of critical cultural vision, highlighting the instrumental role of teachers, and difficulty in improving unequal education. The sociocultural-oriented teacher professional development adapts to the social foundation of multicultural coexistence, meets the need of the equity in education and the professionalization of teachers, and can correct the deviation of technical-efficiency-oriented teacher professional development. The paths towards sociocultural-oriented teacher professional development are empowering teachers, fostering their multicultrual cognition, and cultivating their critical awareness and ability.
