摘要
西藏高等教育现代化是我国高等教育现代化乃至国家整体教育现代化的关键因素之一。建立既符合国家教育现代化战略发展又适应西藏高等教育现代化发展要求的评价指标体系,强调价值的合理性,视角的适切性,框架的科学性,已成为西藏高等教育现代化事业发展的当务之急。明确西藏高等教育现代化评价指标体系构建的价值、视角及其框架,旨在为切实有效推进西藏高等教育现代化的路径选择提供理论遵循。
Education modernization in Tibet is a key part of the higher education modernization in China, even a key part of the country's overall education modernization. It is an imperative task to establish an evaluation indicator system for higher education in Tibet, which not only fits into our country's strategic development in education modernization, but also accommodates to the developmental needs of the higher education modernization in Tibet. The system should be rational in its value, pertinent in its perspective, and scientific in its framework. This paper makes explicit elaborations on the value, perspective and framework of evaluation indicator system for higher education in Tibet, in the hope that it can provide theoretical rational for choosing proper paths for promoting the higher education modernization in Tibet.
