摘要
为支援中、西部13省区农村基础教育,2006年国家开始实施特岗教师政策,这项政策的实施充实了边远贫困县的基础教育师资力量。通过对山西省特岗教师的调查及访谈,发现特岗教师的福利待遇、工作及生活条件、就业质量会影响特岗教师的岗位稳定性;特岗教师专业发展表现出自主发展动机不强、专业发展认知模糊、缺乏职业规划引导、专业发展途径单一等状况。为促进特岗教师发展与成长,应对特岗教师进行人文关怀,落实特岗教师政策,改善特岗教师发展环境,加强校本培训。
To support the rural basic education of the central and west 13 provinces and regions ,the pllicy of spe- cial-post teacher was implemented in 2006, which enriched the basic education teachers of the remote and poverty county. By investigating and interviewing, We found it would affect special-post teacher' s stability, for example wages and work- ing and living conditions and the quality of employment. There were some factors whieh restricted the special-post teach- ers' professional development and growth, for example, the special-post teachers' self-development motivation is not strong, professional development of cognitive is fuzzy, the special-post teacher lack of career planning guide and profes- sional development way is single. In order to promote teachers development and growth, humanistic care should be made for the special-post teachers., the Educational administrative departments need implement the policy of Special-post teacher and improve teachers development environment and strengthen the school-based training.
