摘要 从国内外锌电积[1]的发展趋势来看,锌电积正朝设备大型、自动化、清洁生产、节能降耗、深度提取、综合回收利用等方向发展,采用大极板锌冶炼技术是该发展趋势的最直接有效的体现。采用大极板锌电积技术,同等生产规模的电解槽数可大为减少,厂房面积、与之配套的生产设备如行车数量、管道、电气设施等也随之减少,从而投资省、场地省。大板板作为锌电积的配套材料,需要周期性更换,其加工制造技术对锌电积成本影响极大。研究如何应用新技术,实现大极板制造的流水线作业、规模化、自动化、清洁生产,是面临解决的一大难题。 From the development trend of domestic and international zinc electrodeposition, it is continued developing a tendency to large-scale equipment, automation, clean production, energy saving, deep extraction, comprehensive recycling. The most direct and effective embodiment of this developing trend is the useage of large anode and cathode plate in zinc smelting technology. When compared with the same production scale, by using this technology, the electrolytic cell number can be greatly reduced, the plant area combined with those supporting equipment such as crane quantity, pipeline, electrical devices and so on can also be decreased subsequently, this will finally resulted in saving money and land. Large anode and cathode plate as one supporting material in zinc electrodeposition should be replaced periodically, so its manufacturing technology will make a great influence on the cost of zinc electrodeposition. Research on how to apply this new technology to realize the assembly line operation, scale production, automatic production and clean production is a difficult problem to solve.
