摘要
目前主流的湿法炼锌工艺对产出的浸出渣采用回转窑挥发法处理存在成本高、焦耗大、有价金属回收率低等诸多缺点,有待开发新的工艺装备及工艺进行更新换代。本文论述采用底吹熔池熔炼工艺处理湿法炼锌浸出渣工艺过程及其原理,并对关键工艺要点展开讨论,并与常规回转窑挥发法处理工艺进行比较,确定了采用底吹熔池熔炼工艺处理浸出渣的可行性。
Current mainstream hydrometallurgy of zinc leaching residue by rotary kiln volatilization method has many disadvantages, such as high treatment cost, high coke consumption and low metal recovery, pending the development of new technology and equipment for the replacement. This article discusses the idea of treatment processes and principles by using a bottom blowing bath smelting process to treat the hydrometallurgical zinc leaching residue, and discuss the key process elements. It also identified the use of bottom blowing feasibility of bath smelting process for leaching residue treatment compared with conventional treatment by rotary kiln volatilization process,.
