摘要 本文阐述了全界面高效萃取装置在湿法冶金镍钴分离(272萃取体系)中的应用。本技术运用自主研发的多相流涡轮增压反应器对两相物料切割混合,使两相物料以微米级的形态进行碰撞接触,增加了萃取反应相内接触表面积,克服了物理机械混合的缺点,增加反应动力,加快两相的分离速度,不产生第三相,萃取反应级数从传统的九级降为三级,减少设备和原料投入。 This paper describes the application of the full interface high efficiency extraction device in the separation of cobalt and nickel in hydrometallurgy(272 extraction system). The technology put self-development multiphase flow booster reactor to use, so that the two-phase material in the form of micro scale carry out collision and contact, increase the contact surface area of the extraction reaction., overcome the shortcomings of physical and mechanical mixing, increase the reaction dynamics, the speed of the two phase and do not produce the third phase, the extraction reaction series from the traditional nine level to three, reduce the investment in equipment and raw materials
