摘要
铜生产电解液中镍的脱除,国外主要采用结晶法、萃取法、离子交换法,而国内多采用对结晶法产出粗硫酸镍副产品。本文主要介绍江铜集团公司贵溪冶炼厂电解车间冷冻结晶法生产粗硫酸镍项目的生产运行情况,以及为扩大产量所作的优化。
Crystallization, extraction, ion exchange method are mainly used abroad to remove nickel in the electrolyte during the copper production, but in domestic crystallization is mostly used to output crude nickel sulfate byproducts. This paper mainly introduces the operational condition of crude nickel sulfate production applying frozen crystallization and optimization made to expand production in electrolysis plant Guixi Smelter Jiangxi Copper Group Company.
