基于VC和数据库优化访问的税务风险管理系统

摘要 税务总局日前印发《"互联网+税务"行动计划》,在全国税务系统掀起树立互联网思维,积极利用互联网技术探索和创新税收工作新机制、新方法、新领域的高潮。以风险管理为导向深化税收征管改革,离不开互联网技术和大数据应用。本文通过设计优化的税收风险管理系统,提高涉税信息的访问和调度能力,提出一种基于VC和数据库优化访问的税务风险管理系统设计方法。首先进行了系统的总体结构设计,包括数据库访问模块、信息处理模块、通信模块和人机交互模块。采用VC编程语言进行系统的算法编程与控制界面设计,优化人机交互性能,仿真实验进行了性能测试。结果表明,该系统提高涉税信息的处理能力,实现对税务报表、查询、数据抽取等智能管理,优化税务信息数据库访问性能,智能性较高。 The tax administration recently issued the Internet + tax action plan, in the national tax system set off to establish the Internet thinking, and actively explore new mechanisms for the use of Internet technology and innovation, new methods, new areas of high tide. To risk management as a guide to deepen the reform of tax collection and management, can not be separated from the Internet technology and big data applications. The through the design optimization of the tax risk management system, improve the tax related information access and scheduling proposed based on VC and database access optimization of tax risk management system design method. Firstly, the overall structure of the system is designed, including the database access module, information processing module, communication module and human-computer interaction module. The VC programming language is used to design the algorithm of the system, the design of the control interface, the optimization of the performance of the humancomputer interaction, and the simulation experiments are carried out to test the performance of the system. The results show that the system improve the tax related information processing ability, realize the intelligent management of tax statements, query, data extraction, optimization of the tax information database access performance and the high intelligence.
