摘要
GS430是一种高速钢淬火分级冷却用盐。分析了GS430分级盐的化学成分，对比了该盐与其他高速钢热处理盐的物理特性；结合相图，分析了GS430组元含量变化对熔点的影响。认为高速钢淬火分级冷却使用500～550℃分级温度的GS430盐，能够保证工件良好的淬回火质量，但在使用过程中必须掌握一定技巧才能用好该盐。
GS430 is a kind of salt to be used in fractional cooling in quenching of HSS. Its chemical composition is analyzed; its physical features are compared with that of other HSS heat treatment salt; the influence of its constituent elements content change on the melting point is analyzed based on phase diagram. It is considered that to use the GS430 with the fractional temperature from 500 to 550℃ in quenching fractional cooling of HSS can guarantee good quenching and tempering quality of working pieces, but it needs rather certain skills in procefure.
