两种高速钢预硬材性能对比试验

CONTRAST TEST FOR TWO KINDS OF HSS PRE- HARDENING MATERIALS IN THEIR PERFORMANCE

对烟台百特公司利用专利热处理生产线及热处理工艺生产的W6Mo5Cr4V2高速钢预硬材与日本不二越公司生产的高速钢预硬材进行了硬度、脱碳层、抗弯强度、冲击韧性、直线度等性能检测。结果表明:两种预硬材的性能相当,金相组织状态良好,均可用于制作模具标准件与部分工具。

The performance detection is done in hardness, decarburization layer, bending strength, impact toughness and straightness for two kinds of HSS pre - hardening steels： W6Mo5Cr4V2 produced by Baite Company with patent heat treatment process and production line and the steels produced by Japan Nachi Company. It is showed that both steels have the same performance, good metallographic structure, and can be used to make mould standard components or part of tools.
