摘要
分别采用真空炉和盐浴炉热处理工艺对Cr12MoV钢进行了试验研究。对热处理后的硬度、晶粒、碳化物组织进行了对比。认为与盐浴炉热处理相比,采用合适的真空热处理工艺可保证Cr12MoV钢的变形符合工艺要求,同时也能保证硬度达到技术标准要求。
Test research is done for Cr12MoV steel separately with vacuum furnace and salt bath furnace. Its hardness, grain size and carbide structure after heat treatment are contrasted. It is considered that compared with salt bath furnace, an appropriate vacuum heat treatment process can guarantee the deformation of Cr12MoV steel meet requirement, and at the same time its hardness meet demand of technical standard.
