摘要
针对高速钢热处理过程中容易出现裂纹的问题,分析了高速钢大型刀具热处理的难点和工艺的复杂性,介绍了防止刀具热处理裂纹的主要措施、刀具在磨削过程中产生裂纹后的处理方法,从而减少刀具的热处理裂纹倾向。
To the problem： cracks on HSS in heat treatment, it is analyzed the difficulties in the treatment and the complexity of the process, introduced the main measures to prevent the crack, and the treatment for the cracks in grinding, and so the heat treatment cracks can be reduced.
