高速钢真空热处理设备应用浅析

DISCUSSION ABOUT APPLICATION OF VACUUMHEAT TREATMENT DEVICE FOR HSS

介绍了高速钢的分类及主要应用领域。对比了高速钢盐浴与真空热处理形式的优缺点,认为真空热处理具有产品质量好、淬火变形小、绿色无污染等优点,符合国家绿色低碳发展方向。从真空油淬热处理易出现的缺陷分析中,指出高压真空气淬是高速钢热处理的发展方向,并给出了真空高压气淬炉的选购标准。

It is introduced the classification and main application fields for HSS. It is compared the merit and demerit of salt bath furnace and vacuum furnace, considered that the latter has superiorities： good quality, small deformation in quenching, green and no environment pollution, and is conform to the developing direction of the country： green and low carbon. Based on analysis of defects in vacuum oil quenching heat treatment, it is pointed out that high - pressure vacuum air quenching is the developing direction for HSS heat treatment, and its selection standard offered.
