从高等教育价值观"三点论"视角考察了大学生体育生活化的必要性和重要性。从个体人本价值视角来看,大学生体育生活化可以促进人全面发展与生命质量的提升,满足个体生命和生存需要,满足个体享受生活的需要,满足个体发展和自我完善的需要,提升生活的尊严。从社会服务价值视角来看,大学生体育生活化可以为社会发展直接提供高素质人才,推动体育产业的发展,满足社会和谐发展的需要。从学科发展价值视角来看,大学生体育生活化有利于确立大学体育学科地位,推动大学体育学术研究发展,促进体育学科专门人才培养。

The authors illustrate the importance and necessity of college students mixing sports into life in China under the perspective of the＂three point theory＂value of higher education. From the perspective of individual value,college students mixing sports into life in China can promote people＇s all-round development and their life quality,meet the individual life and survival needs,meet the needs of the individual to enjoy life and meet the needs of the individual development and selfimprovement,and enhance the life dignity.
