摘要
为促进我国竞技体育可持续发展,竞技体育后备人才培养的法制化建设必不可少。运用文献分析、专家访谈等方法对美国、俄罗斯和日本等发达国家的竞技体育后备人才培养法制体系进行深入分析,得出对我国相关法制化建设的重要启示。
To ensure the sustainable development of competitive sports in China,it is necessary to put talents development on a legal basis. Using logical literature analysis and interview methods,the author studied the related legislation in the U.S.,Russia and Japan,and important enlightenment was provided.
